Ordered at 1am and it didn't show up, so thought it never went through. So got a second one. Now i have spent $200 and don't get to see it till morning. I am out $200 and out some of the game because the sale on xbox ened. That part is on me but this is bad practice on Best Buy's part.

I do it this way because I like to buy games digitally but I still want the Best Buy points. Best of both worlds. It works.

I bought this $10 card for something on the Xbox 360 store BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES for good later in the year, but I could not redeem the card on the Xbox 360. Not Best Buy's fault -- M$ just wouldn't help me without trying to charge me for customer service. "???" So I just spent $10 on this card & got nothing in return. So, my warning: do not attempt to use these cards on the Xbox 360 store in 2024, even before the store closes. They may work on Xbox One & Series S/X, but not on the 360 ... & you won't get a penny back.
