    I will never again order these online with Best Buy. Two times in a row it’s been a nightmare redeeming the cards. Sent all over the place to multiple departments, nobody knowing how to figure it out. 3 hours wasted. Finally an agent was kind enough to just give the redeem codes, how hard could that possibly be?!! I am now sitting on hold yet again.

    The digital card purchase process is terrible. You order something and it get stuck in review hold for a week. Any other site I order from I will receive a code within mins. BestBuy has one of the worst online stores.

    I recently bought this waited forever for the instructions to come to my email which it never did. Called the next day and the guy had to give me a code over the phone.
