easy to use, gift card code lands in your email with no issues

I never got the gift card code… I order these Xbox gift cards and they usually arrive within 5-10 min… it’s been about 16 hours and they are asking me for a review lol

I bought a xbox gift card digital download online, after purchase I waited 24 hrs on waiting for the code to be sent to my e-mail which never showed up. I called Best Buy and they said to cancel the order and try again and I should have my code sent within 2 hrs. So I did just that, cancelled my order and re-ordered a xbox gift card digital download and with that said its been 12 hrs and no code still. called Best Buy again and explained the situation and of course the operator says the same thing wait 24 hrs and if you don't get the code call back and repeat the process. After encountering this problem i went on best buy forum and found out i''m not the only one with this problem, in fact there's multiple individuals with the same problem with ordering digital gift cards thru Best Buy. So lesson learned don't buy digital cards from Best Buy, go into the store or buy somewhere else.

I received 10 non activated gift cards and never got one that worked. Just gave away $100, thanks!

I would wish it came earlier. My order still says “Order Received” but i’m not getting any code to my email. It’s been two days now. But I hope it comes soon.

Everything about @bestbuy is just too difficult I have lost a 300$ of gift card but what can I do am a nobody

I waited 5hrs to never receive code via email. Called customer service, waited on hold for nearly 20min. For a representative to tell me its on status "created" and to wait 24hrs for email. If i still dont receive to call them number back.. When I asked her if there is any team or process in place to verify/resolve this issue so I can get my code. She hung up on me.. Now while writing this review im waiting on hold to talk to someone 9min and counting.. Best Buy isnt what it use to be, buy your digital cards elsewhere...

Order a $50 xbox digital gift card which statement i would receive the code soon after purchase. Made the purchase haven’t received a code 10 hours later. Contacted best buy support just to be told it could take 24-48 hrs but on the actual page it states AVAILABLE SOON AFTER PURCHASE, so that would make it false advertisement right? Now its 24 hrs later and still have received my code. I will never trust best buy for any digital code after this one.

I purchased a gift card as a digital code to purchase a game on sale, had to wait more than 24 hours for the code to be emailed to me! Then even when i finally recieved the code, the game wasnt on sale anymore! Why does it take so long just for a code to be emailed to me!?

Its been 19 hours and i still havent gotten the code to the digital xbox gift card and i dont know when they will gmail me the code like i cant wait longer this service is bad and i hope best buy can do better and send me the code for once please and thank you
