I love Best Buy! There’s always a bargain! When I need something, especially for school I go here! With student discounts it’s great and it lets me know they show that they have educational values!

I bought the gift card a $25 digital one and when buying it everything was good but about 3 minutes after the confirmation email I got an email saying it was cancelled and that was 2 days ago but I bought it with a gift card and they said they would recharge the gift card and 2 days later still no money on the gift card

The negative review is simply because best buy does not tell you this, but the digital code email isn't going to be delivered for up to 24 hours. I wouldn't have purchased with this retailer if I would have known this.

I bought gift cards for my son who wanted to design his own controller for his birthday, only to find out that though all resources about MS gift cards say you can buy controllers, Design Lab controllers are excluded (only in the FAQ section of the Design Lab website - nowhere on the actual gift card links). Don't get trapped like we did.

I had bought this gift card twice and the first time it was returned on its own then the second takes forever to send the code or for the code to be processed it shouldnt take long i have bought this on amazon and have got the codes quicker on their app compared to this also it wastes not only youre money but youre time go and by a real one at youre local stores because this is a time waster and shouldnt be bought

I'm still waiting for my gift card email! They received my money no problem. Been 2 days! I purchased expecting maybe at most 8 hours waiting for the second email. Definitely disappointing from a major company. I purchased digital because i needed the gift card at the moment! 2 days, still nothing? Just go to the store to purchase or DONT buy from best buy!

It take way to long for u to receive the code it shouldn’t take that long

not too long ago i bought a meta quest at the store and they gave me a 50 dlrs gift card from best buy that i tried to use to buy a 50 dlrs gift card for my xbox, and it went through and after a few minutes of waiting for my digital code instead i received a gmail syaing that they cancelled my order

Extremely easy to purchase & use. Being a bestbuy member is definitely the way to go

Almost 48 hours and still no Xbox Code for life of me... I knew i should of just shopped Amazon or went to my local store to pick up my code. What a scam and support was no help at all. Terrible Service. Hopefully Best Buy will go out of business. Circuit City was better.

Horribly slow delivery time, i have waited over 40 hours for something that should take 30 minutes, im requesting a refund and telling everyone i know NOT to shop at bestbuy, and especially not to buy their digital giftcards. Such a waste of time for something so simple.

I was on the phone with them for over 4 hours trying to get this gift card. They took my money and told me i would have my code within a few minutes. Well here we are over 27 hours later and still nothing. I now have a slight Indian accent and an insatiable craving for curry, but still no gift card.

I ordered this with a gift card and was not told during any step of the process that I wasn't supposed to be able to do this. Four hours of waiting later, and I got an email saying my order was cancelled. A sales rep was useless in trying to explain why store credit can't buy something SOLD BY BEST BUY. This is ridiculous as I don't have a store near me and my Xbox is digital only. I now have a useless card.

It works, but be aware - BestBuy keeps their codes on a server outside of our solar system, so while you might think a digital product would be available to you in a timely manner, remember the effects of cosmic radiation and the position of the Earth in relation to Alpha Centauri before you calculate just how long it will take to receive bytes of information and maybe buy from ANYBODY else.

Can't give zero stars, but I would. Bought a DIGITAL gift card, DIGITAL, still don't have it.

My friend graciously let me use his debit card to purchase a digital xbox code. 12 hrs later.... it STILL hadnt arrived in my email, or been processed!! His card was charged for it though. Absolutely terrible!! 10mins? Yeah okay. Ordered from Walmart online, 15 mins later it arrived in my email, and cancelled best buy's. If you need a digital code quick... do NOT purchase from best buy. Will never, ever purchase again.
