Bought this card almost 24 hours ago. The digital is supposed to be almost instant but here we are called support and they did nothing to help. How does it take this long when Amazon instantly sends the code to you? Best Buy you need to fix this, I’ve bought them before and it’s always came within 1-2 hours don’t listen to that 30min BS they give you it will take longer

I recently bought this waited forever for the instructions to come to my email which it never did. Called the next day and the guy had to give me a code over the phone.

I will never again order these online with Best Buy. Two times in a row it’s been a nightmare redeeming the cards. Sent all over the place to multiple departments, nobody knowing how to figure it out. 3 hours wasted. Finally an agent was kind enough to just give the redeem codes, how hard could that possibly be?!! I am now sitting on hold yet again.
