I ordered a $50 digital xbox gift card and its been over 8 hours and i still havnt recieved the email that gives me the code i type in to claim the gift card money. I got a email confirming my order but i still havnt gotten my code.

I order these types of gift card pretty regularly and the codes get sent to me withing a matter of mins. This time i had waited 12 hrs before called BB support having to refund my money back. These codes are sent minutes after never anything more.

I bought a gift card yesterday and it still hasnt came in yet and its been 24 hours everyone is saying that they got it within 10 mins. This is very annoying i just would like my money back

The waiting time to receive the code is really long. I still havent gotten it yet and been waiting since yesterday.

Ordered it 2 days back but still my payment is under review. Don't know why I wasted so much time at nonsense service.

Why havent i gotten any code yet or do i get a giftcard threw mail. Thank you.

The point of digital is instant delivery. Not wait for thirty minutes or longer. I paid for the code, no it is not in my spam or whatever. Amazon can manage to deliver instantly, you guys can't. Lesson learned, cancelling this order and giving my money to a company that actually works correctly. Get it together, seriously.

What is the point in the digital code if you can go to the store and get it faster? I got the game code within 5 minutes. These point cards always take forever. Am I on the clock? Im trying to buy game content and yall holding me up.

I got a best buy gift card and bought a $50 Xbox Gift Card and it took my money and canceled my order.

I hard a 15 dollar gift card for best buy so i bought the 15 xbox cars. And for some reason my order keeps getting cancelled.

when i try to buy this gift card or any other gift card on the app and on the website it keeps canceling my payment everytime so i havent been able to get a simple xbox giftcard since yesterday and its very annoying

I ordered a 30 dollar Xbox gift card around 9 am yesterday and I waited thinking it would come in about 4 hours, still waited till the next day and still haven’t got it cmon man

shouldnt take this long to give me my 10 dollars .
