I bought this $10 card for something on the Xbox 360 store BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES for good later in the year, but I could not redeem the card on the Xbox 360. Not Best Buy's fault -- M$ just wouldn't help me without trying to charge me for customer service. "???" So I just spent $10 on this card & got nothing in return. So, my warning: do not attempt to use these cards on the Xbox 360 store in 2024, even before the store closes. They may work on Xbox One & Series S/X, but not on the 360 ... & you won't get a penny back.

Ordered at 1am and it didn't show up, so thought it never went through. So got a second one. Now i have spent $200 and don't get to see it till morning. I am out $200 and out some of the game because the sale on xbox ened. That part is on me but this is bad practice on Best Buy's part.

I buy these for my son to aliviate having to put my credit card information onto his xbox one. They come within a few minutes and when entered on the Xbox credit is there immediately.

I never get tired of converting my best buy gift cards to digital games on my xbox without entering a store. Best Buy app makes it easy to do, and email delivery always comes quick.
