I see reviews saying people received theirs fast, but that is not always the case. Google shows people with the same issue. Be prepared to wait an entire day or more just to get the email with the code. Better to just buy it elsewhere.

Dont buy digital unless you dont mind waiting a day or more. Still waiting on mine after waiting one day. Amazon aint even this bad. Cancel and get it instantly with amazon

So from 7:51pm when the order was placed for a $30 digital code, until 2am, I waited to receive my code. How does it take 6 hours to receive a digital code. Do you know the only way to receive the code between 30min-1hr was to cancel and repeat my order 3 times across 6 hours, and then switch from a $30 code to a $20+$10. Then I got the email in less than an hour. How nasty that you'd make someone wait 6 hours for an email. Gross. I'm throwing up right now. Please just go to the store. I could have driven to a best buy from Chicago to Wisconsin and back and had the code faster. Finally got to buy my game at 3am. Thanks bestbuy.com.

Been three hour since I ordered it and I’ve yet to receive an email regarding the code lol

I ordered a $50 digital xbox gift card and its been over 8 hours and i still havnt recieved the email that gives me the code i type in to claim the gift card money. I got a email confirming my order but i still havnt gotten my code.

I ordered about 12 hours ago, still didnt go thru.

I order these types of gift card pretty regularly and the codes get sent to me withing a matter of mins. This time i had waited 12 hrs before called BB support having to refund my money back. These codes are sent minutes after never anything more.

I bought a gift card yesterday and it still hasnt came in yet and its been 24 hours everyone is saying that they got it within 10 mins. This is very annoying i just would like my money back

Ordered it 2 days back but still my payment is under review. Don't know why I wasted so much time at nonsense service.

The point of digital is instant delivery. Not wait for thirty minutes or longer. I paid for the code, no it is not in my spam or whatever. Amazon can manage to deliver instantly, you guys can't. Lesson learned, cancelling this order and giving my money to a company that actually works correctly. Get it together, seriously.

What is the point in the digital code if you can go to the store and get it faster? I got the game code within 5 minutes. These point cards always take forever. Am I on the clock? Im trying to buy game content and yall holding me up.

I got a best buy gift card and bought a $50 Xbox Gift Card and it took my money and canceled my order.

I hard a 15 dollar gift card for best buy so i bought the 15 xbox cars. And for some reason my order keeps getting cancelled.
