Great product. Faster and able to handle better graphic capabilities. Controller feels great, which might not seem like much, but it has a slight texture that isn't offensive. A must buy at the $299 price we got it for plus we were able to get $150 for our old xbox1.

The only problem is it has shut off about 3x’s since I had it. This can be fix by installing the “insider xbox app”. Download this & this should fix it. Once downloaded you’ll see something that says omega/delta this will fix it...

It plays all of my Xbox One games plus upscales to 4K. Looking forward to Series S enhanced games! A great upgrade and more than enough power for most gamers. If you really need a high end graphical experience, go for the Series X. Otherwise, this is more than enough power for most games to look and perform beautifully.

Purchased this one when I was stranded working in North Dakota for a couple of months and ordered a carrying case for it as well from another vendor. Worked well and was easy to purchase and pick up at the local best buy.
