Great little gaming box. It's mind blowing how well this thing runs games and still puts out good graphics. I also own a Series X and I have no problem playing on the Series S without wishing I was on the X. If I'm not playing something that needs high frame rates I go for the S. It uses as much electricity running a game as the X uses just sitting on the dashboard! I get why they left a disc drive out, but it would be great to have one on the S, just for the sake of being able to buy games second hand. But that's literally my only con.

Bought it for my wife to replace a Xbox one. Works great and loads destiny 2 and elder scrolls online much quicker than the old one. Only negative is small hard drive and the charger we had for the Xbox one does not work on the newer version controller. System is great though and with game pass you will always be entertained.

If you've moved into the digital age of buying games then this is absolutely the way to go as far as an xbox goes. No disc drive parts to mess up eventually, and super fast load up and transitions in games. I prefer this to my Series X console as it's more streamline in appearance. The new style controllers are the best that they've ever been. Perfect system, so don't hesitate!

Love my Xbox! Year later and still nothing is wrong and have not had any problems. Still works amazingly well and I stream from Xbox almost every weekend. Fits perfectly well with my aesthetics.

Great console, very small, great for traveling or vacation time. However no disc drive, not even as an accessory available. Thus you have to buy all games as a digital version! Because you have to download all games, the hard drive (500 GB) fills up quickly. You cannot play the latest series S/X games from a connected usb hard drive except if loaded onto xbox expansion card. + small + quiet + stylish - no disc drive -> only digital games possible - hard drive small, only one expansion slot for 1TB today. - no usb-c port - just three USB ports (2 @back, 1 @front). Two additional USB ports would be perfect

I was trying to get an Xbox series x for about 6 months before I looked into getting this little beauty. This console is cheaper, smaller, and runs at basically the same frame rate and graphics. I love this thing and it looks amazing both while gaming and while it’s off. The graphics and ray tracing are incredible. Not to mention the insane ssd hard drive. This console is amazing.

Very cool system, very good load times and frame rates, easy to set up

I've loved my experience of owning this since launch day a few month back. No hiccups at any point along the way. This is my first Xbox since the OG, and it has not disappointed. Graphics and HDR are phenomenal, and the load times are crazy low. As I didn't already own any Xbox One or 360 discs, the decision to go all digital was an easy one for me. Would recommend for anyone in a similar situation as myself!

Great product especially if you’re looking for the newer Xbox but don’t want to spend as much. Love the no disk all digital don’t have to keep up with all the cases for the games or worry about getting scratches

I think the series S is great game console for kids who first time game console is a Xbox. Also, if you don't have the 4k tv, this Xbox series S is it. I bought this for my nephew for his birthday and he definitely enjoys the game console. If you have been gaming for years I would say go with the Xbox series X. But if you're not a gamer, the Xbox series S is cool!

My 13-year-old daughter and I decided on this instead of an XBox with the disc tray. It is so easy to browse and access games on the console. The speed and quality I are great! Setup was a breeze for this tech-challenged mama.

The ease and availability make this a great purchase.
