Love this Xbox. I went with the S because I couldn’t get my hands on an X, but honestly it’s more than enough for me. I upgraded from an original Xbox one, so the leap is enormous. The speed that this Xbox runs in comparison to the Xbox one is night and day.

Love the conslole it’s fast. Storage it a bit of an issue as you can really only use about 300 of the 500 gigabytes in the console, but that can be solved with a storage expansion and I don’t just mean the expensive sea gate drive. Regular hard drives work as long as they are at least USB 3.0. Additionally it seems to get very hot so maybe there is an issue with ventilation or maybe I don’t have it set up right. Other than those things it’s a great buy.

My controller lasted about a year and a half before having to buy a new one but other than that the product I’m happy with

Everyone likes to diminish the Series S, but it’s definitely a worthy choice, depending on your situation. For me, I don’t have any disks, I only download and play a few games at a time, and it still runs and plays games amazingly on a 4K TV. And for $300, it was an easy choice for me.

I’m a PS user and this is my first Xbox I own. I’m really impressed with the performance for the price. I really enjoyed the game pass library. If you’re PS owner I think this worth buying to have access for exclusives like Halo and gears for wars as well as multi platform games in game pass.

Depends on what you are going to use it for. I was very surprised at how compact the unit is. Like a third the size of the series x. I’m not a fan of disc free gaming honestly, but it could be a great unit for someone buying game pass or that wants to save space. Honestly, if you have the choice, she’ll out the extra cash for the series x, in my opinion it’s worth it. If money is tight, try an xbox one s as I feel that be a better option that this as the graphics in the one s can get close to 4K.

I had good luck ordering through Best Buy. The pickup was fast and easy and the Xbox Series S is honestly the best bang for your buck. It does everything I need it to and it is a step up from the Xbox One X. Plus, it fits right into the entertainment center perfectly and is quiet as a mouse.

Whereas my title says better than expected, I want to preface my review with the fact that I'm exclusively a PC gamer. Keyboard and mouse is such a way of life that I struggle to get along with a controller. I got one anyway for my kids, it's been great! Ended up liking it enough, and the price is great, i bought a second one for our family room. Forza Horizon 5 looks really nice on this, and Warzone 2.0 plays quite good too! Not a huge loss of visual fidelity or anything.

Next gen gaming for a decent price. The big draw for me was upgrading to the potential of 120fps, just make sure if that is what interests you most with any next gen system that your tv or monitor had a refresh rate if 120hz, if it is a 60hz tv then you will be able to hit 60fps max.

Love this little Xbox. I’m a PS5 player first and foremost, so I knew the Xbox would take a back seat, but excellent for what I use it for. Lack of disk drive can be frustrating, but super fast and great if you use it for things like Netflix and all in addition to games.

Love this console. It’s perfect for the living room, where I have a Series X in my media room. I’m able to play this one with my wife and with guests we have over on the comfort of our couch and it honestly performs just as well as the Series X does.

Very happy with the S, not playing 4k so don't need the big brother. Unit is surprisingly small, which is great - I was able to mount it on the back of the TV so it's completely out of site (custom mounting that I improvised myself) and being disc-free positioning is not a relevant.

It's an XBox..what more needs to be said. It's quiet, sleek, and plays games. Of course, there's no disc drive, so all the games are digital.

I have both Series X and A. SERIES x is definitely more powerful but I love how compact this Series S model is. If graphics isn't really important to you or maybe you have a 1080ptv and no4, I would really recommend this model over series x. Game pass is highly recommend too

This is the best $300 I've spent in a long time. I bought this as a gift and they love it. The Series S isn't in quite as high demand as the other consoles so there was no panic when i hit the link. The person i got it for loves it. So that makes it worth every penny.

Great Console with fast speeds, the one downside this that you can only download literally 3 games and run out of storage so be prepared to buy an extension hard drive and they can run up to $220 for the lates model of Xbox extension card. Xbox can run up to 120GHZ and Run 4K

I am pleased with my Xbox purchase and I would recommend Bestbuy for any of my electronics! I even added the 1T storage for extra space.

Great product! I love that everything is digital and no dics are needed.
