Clunky and Cheap

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for Forza and Starfield, little did I know Forza was pulled from the Microsoft store due to expired licenses, YET previous owners are allowed to continue to play and engage in online races. The Xbox interface is slow and clunky, the storage is desperately lacking with it only capable of holding 3 decent sized games. There's a reason playstation outsells Xbox despite all the exclusives Microsoft has courted... Playstation has a enjoyable/fun experience whereas Xbox is just frustrating, unfulfilled and cheap.

Xbox lasted less than a year

Maybe its just faulty. Microsoft help is a joke as you cant talk to anyone. Everything is automated.

Dead after 1 year

No issues before then, just completely died. Geek squad refuses to work on it, microsoft charges the price of a new xbox to work on it. Would give 5 stars if it was advertised as a paperwieght. Very dissappointed in device.
