    Product is awesome. My only concern is when it arrived the box it was shipped in was completely opened. Need to box it more securely and not indicate it is an Xbox or am even Best Buy - to reduce chances people steal from it.

    This was a gift first one was defective returned it to local Best Buy store! Not a easy return process had to go back to store next day for new one ! Over all great price and works like it should
