This is awesome and my son enjoying the game options.

The Xbox itself is great. Shipping in the other hand was a joke. Said it would be delivered the next day so we decided to get it through Best Buy. It didn’t come for two weeks and missed my son’s birthday.

Disappointed that I am unable to play certain two person co-op games on this device. I would have purchased the X series if I would have known that ahead of time. Now it is too late to exchange this item.

The price we paid for this console was not fair due to the storage size. Had we known we would have bought the 1tb model which was the same price basically. And the console is extremely laggy.

This system has on 500gb of space for games it means you have to by an external drive if you want more than 2 or 3 full games.

Great starter Xbox for the kids. Not great for AAA titles but amazing for streaming and party games.

The Xbox is great; however, the controller is not good.

te console itself is fine but about a week later when i finally got headphones i come to find out that the controller headphone port is damaged and non functional. kind of disappointing since i got it to play gta online

If I can give you a zero, I surely would purchase this Xbox for my grandson. Nevertheless is stated it came with a 3-month game card. I have called customer service several times. Have not received any help. All I have been is deceived. If I don't receive that game card or the code or whatever is necessary, you will be receiving this merchandise back immediately. So I see I'm not the only person that had issues not receiving a game card with the system. You ought to be shame on yourself for using such deceptive practices

The Xbox was ok but I found it hard setting up and signing in.I returned it and bought a new tv .

Less than 2 years old and its broke. Was hardly even used the first year we had it.

Did not receive the game pass, when I called that the box did not have the game pass included they said it is out of return period to provide me the missing game pass! Do not buy from Best buy if you want proper support specially when you want to gift the device and they will set it up after the return period!

I returned it. Took to long to get games. Not enough selections for game pass

Didnt see a use for this when i found out my tv dhas xbox gamepass so yea oh well

Doesn’t have enough memory for more then two games

Bought this as a gift for my husband to replacw his old xbox and by comparison its SO much smaller and doesnt take up as much space as his old xbox Its so much faster too which is cool so i can play minecraft while hes gone or stream between the lions for our baby. Very efficient, storage friendly, and the game oass it came with really was a nice extra!

Controller constantly disconnects, and games will randomly quit out and take you to Home Screen. Definitely a budget console but not worth the headache.

Best Buy is dishonest with returns. They constantly lie about total tech membership coverages. SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE!
