Didn't come with the 3 month's of Gamepass eventhough it was supposed to. Brsbuy was absolutely no help. Useless...

My kids are very happy with this Xbox, very easy to use, it came with the game pass during 3 months. Easy to activate (just follow the indications and everything will go to the email you registered. Great game console for the price. We got a second controller

customer service was awful, they did not honor the price of what was showing on the price tag.

WiFi doesn't work. And they won't exchange it. Not even a month old.

So I have read a grip of comments regarding buyers not getting their three months sub. It's there trust me. However it is internally attached to the system hardware itself. In order to activate the gamepads sub you need to go into the Xbox settings. It's in there under what came with the system. I forget the exact area but it's in settings. If you fumble around your bound to stumble on it. The sub will only be for the starter system bundle though. It will not be a email code or psychical sub. Hope this helps someone out there. GG.

I no longer use discs so the Xbox S was a great option. I play forza with a Logitech G pro and it works so well. It is a very compact console so I can bring it back and forth among different rooms and houses. Xbox is always the best console.

Bought to upgrade my son’s Xbox one for Christmas. Runs smoother and pictures is better then previous gen. Only downside is any external hard drive will not play newer games directly off hard drive forcing to buy the internal if you want storage that allows to play all the games

Purchase was quick and easy. The item was ready for pickup sooner than I thought. This is a perfect gift for beginner gamers. I love that it has game pass with tons of games you could play via subscription. I like that there are subscription options as well.

I was a recent owner of the Xbox series S and I was very disappointed with the performance of the console. Many times when I would be playing games, especially EA FC The console would not be able to handle the processing of the game and the players would just do weird movements like kicking the ball out of bounds without me doing so and also walking sideways instead of walking straight in the direction they are pointing them in with the joy stick. Also, another issue that I faced was when I was playing call of duty Warzone many times upon loading up the game. My player would just start pointing up in the sky without me even touching the controller. I contacted Xbox Support regarding this issue and I was also disappointed with the way that they handled me as a consumer, and they did not fix the issue nor did they offer any solution to rectify the issue. I recently sold my console and purchased a PS5 instead which I absolutely love and it works so much better. And it’s an added benefit that I am able to have a physical disc drive. But I have been mostly streaming games off the Internet and I must tell you it is a better system and worth the price which cannot be said for its counterpart Xbox. And it is very disappointing to me as I recently returned to Xbox because I had very fond memories when I was growing up playing my Xbox 360 And playing halo games but it seems Microsoft has slipped over the years.
