    I'd love to say my new Xbox is wonderful, but I can't. Reason being, Best Buy didn't deliver it same day despite my paying extra for it. And when I called about it I was told the equivalent of, "sorry bout that".

    Very disappointed with Best Buy. I drove an hour to purchase this bundle. Showed the employee what I wanted, rung me up and that was that. Went home and no 3 months membership with it. Called store and they said it should have been emailed to me. I talked with a customer service representative on the phone, they said that the store I bought it at didn’t sell that bundle “ yet when I went there, showed them the bundle, they rung me up for it plus I called them and they said it should be emailed to me”. So lastly the support agent told me to drive an hour back to the store to “ see what they can do for me”. Why can’t Best Buy just email me a code instead of me driving over an hour to the store that might be able to help. Don’t think I will go to Best Buy in the future, very disappointed

    DON’T BUY AN XBOX FROM BEST BUY. As soon as I opened the box I noticed a rattling sound, I then set up everything. After I played one game of Madden the Xbox randomly turned off/turned back on and kept doing this for several minutes so I unplugged it and let it be. The next day I played one game of Fortnite and the Xbox overheated and turned off and won’t turn back on. Had this console for less than 24 hours and it already went to crap. Very disappointed and will never buy from Best Buy again. Unacceptable.

    Bouth the xbox series s game budle that comes with the console 3 months of game pass and a controller ppened it up the night of blaxk friday after i bought it and there was no game pass in the box.

    Doesnt last. Hdmi port broke right after warranty ended. Costs more to fix it
