It’s everything Microsoft promised. Fast, powerful and No issues, works very well. Quick resume is other worldly. I would only recommend waiting to buy this ONLY if you’re going to upgrade your monitor/tv to a COMPATIBLE 4K or 1440p, (((((HMDI 2.1!!!!)))) (120hz-144hz refresh rate/frames per second). And they’re going to be obo $800-$1,500 on the cheapest finds. Otherwise, you’ll still be gaming at 4K or 1440p, ( 60hz refresh rate/frames per second) Another words, you basically just bought another Xbox ONE model for series x retail price if you don’t upgrade lol. Another thing to keep in mind is the 1tb expansion card upgrade as well. ($210-$220), if you don’t get this you can only take advantage of 5-10 games for the quick resume option, depending on its download size. You can still use last gen external hard drives, but there’s no quick resume for using that storage option. It’s probably better to wait for that too if you do get the console and tv/monitor upgrade, until the prices drop on storage and or there’s more storage size options.

I have been an xbox fan as long as i remember and i this product is great for gaming with friends or on your own, as well as having a movie night whether with physical media or streaming.

Excellent system with a ton of storage. Running games like Sparking Zero or Call of Duty are a breeze. Happy with this purchase!

It's the most powerful console, but it's a little lost on me. I had an XBox One X, so I am a little salty that it had such a short shelf life. However, this is a lot snappier to load. Kind of sucks to only have 1TB, as that is used up quickly. An external USB drive is an option for older X Box One games. To get Series S|X games to play, they have to be installed on the high-speed internal storage, or a special module needs to be installed. Kind of a bummer, but I understand why that is. My limited number of games really ate up the space quickly. I think the controllers feel cheaper than the predecessor. They are good. I just think they made them feel lighter, in order to encourage controller upgrades. I can't even read the should button/trigger labels.

I really love this console, has been working excellent no issues for almost a year now. I love that it includes the ability to still use dvds and cd like a console should

It's a great counsel definitely going to keep for years even if a new one come out. This one is still going to compete with any new counsel for years to come.

I bought this for my grandson who has the series X but needed one that would load up faster and hold more. So far, my grandson is very pleased with it.

I've been wanting to get this console since it came out, but $499.99 to much for me. First time I saw the price came down since 2020 when the console was released. Others websites had the same reduced price. $449.99, but Best Buy had the best deal. With the purchase it came with a gift card of $50.00 that was sent to my email address. I used the $50.00 on a WD 1 TB SSD Expansion Storage Card. The card was on special too; so with the $50.00 gift card I used it and the storage card came out to be like $83 something. Awesome console. XBOX is the best. PS5 ok. I'm more of an XBOX fan. I love Best Buy. I've been a shopper for more than 20 years I think. And I think I'm still an Elite Member. Best Buy your Awesome. I hope you'll be in business for many more years.

bought for my Brother, he loves it, has faster load times, better graphics and backward compatability with some older xbox titles. lucky to get one considering all the Bots out there buying everything up just so they can add 2 or 3 crap items to Jack the price up to over a grand

Have had the series s since launch and didn’t think it was worth the upgrade originally. But, after upgrading to the x I can say it’s way, way superior in every aspect. Graphics pop and load times are much better. Was sort of shocked at how much better it was. The series s is still a good system, but this is amazing and worth the upgrade.

Everything from the unboxing to the first use was fantastic. Its so much faster and smoother and higher res than the Xbox One and it looks like there are a lot of exclusives on the way. The new controller made improvements in all the right places yet still feels very familiar. My only complaint is that the storage is already full due to the backwards compatibility and how many games I already have.

It has made gaming a much better experience. The staff was very helpful in making the process of buying it very easy and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Being able to run 4k and games at 120 fps has been game changing.

Blessed to have one, as far as Best Buy online shopping was concerned, the system kept crashing due to a lot of traffic so it was frustrating but the system itself is what we’re talking about here. For anyone on the fence some things to consider is that you’ll need a powerful tv in order to reap all the benefits for what the Xbox series x can do. So unless you have a tv that supports 4K 120 FPS you won’t notice any graphical increase, at least not enough for a avg social gamer. If you are buying a TV make sure you ask or do your research for a tv that can supports HDMI 2.1, I play on a Samsung Q80T and it supports everything besides Dolby Vision. OLED TVs are superior, but consider “burn in” if you game for long periods of time. If you buy the tv or this Xbox you will future proof your gaming for the upcoming generation. Something else to know is very little games actually do 4K 120fps and most won’t be doing it anytime soon so if you’re on a budget you will be fine for the next couple of years with a cheaper alternative such as the series S or the one X. Great system for the money. For the bigger gamers No I don’t have any smoking or heating issues, Xbox is silent, load times are ridiculously fast, I have not seen quick resume yet idk if I just need to go to settings or if it isn’t released yet, I haven’t needed it cause every game loads up almost instant but no quick resume tab on the top like a lot of the reviewers had. Overall the system has been fantastic!

Incredible performance. We have a xbox 360, xbox one, i think one from 2 years ago was a xbox one x and now this xbox series x... each one has is a little better than the last. 1TB and 120hz refresh is soo nice

The xbox series X is a beautiful machine It runs so smooth so fast upload and download times From Box 2 set up completion was it was very short it took about 20 minutes very easy to understand it has been running great the graphics are are so good So happy I got my hands on one of these

I upgraded this from the previous generation Xbox. With all the latest hardware improvements, the two things I noticed right off the bat were. The 4K with 120 frames per second are noticeably incredible in all the visual ways. The 2nd piece, is the performance. The start times compared to the old Xbox One are incredible. It’s like I upgraded from a Ford Pinto to a Ferrari.
