The Series X has good backwards compatibility which was important for me looking into next gen consoles. It comes with a 1TB SSD which about 800/900 of that is free after system files. You can even boot it in to dev mode to open up the console for more opportunities in gaming and development. I own the PS5 and I overall I would recommend this more than the PS5 because the games are generally cheaper and you have more storage availability from the get go.

But how they got this much power into such a small box in the Series X, is nothing short of amazing. No fan sound whatsoever, regardless of game. The load times have spoiled me rotten. The only negative(which will be fixed with a system update), is the UHD drive doesnt do true blacks right now. The S & X had this issue and was eventually resolved. You can see the raised blacks on letterboxes, especially on an Oled. I would have paid $800+ for a console with this many features, and like the Scorpio b4 it, I feel like I stole it at $500. #bleedgreen
