When I get to the controller, it's damaged with a scratched up x box button. The X, Y and B buttons are faded and dinged up as if the controller was used already. Also tons of white dust stuck in all the cracks of buttons. Microsoft wants me to send it in for replacement but that's no fair, I don't want to wait 2+ weeks for another controller that should've been new to begin with. I will not purchase another controller just because I received a defective/damaged product. Ruined my experience. I purchased new so me expecting a brand new item is fair.
