My account was compromised and their recovery verification system is awful. I lost all my add on purchases, access to gamerpass, and 365. Even knowing all of this they didnt hesitate to charge me 16.99 again even with no access to my account.

The ONLY problem I have is that I needed to buy an expansion card for more games to be X/S Optimized. Xbox/Seagate/Western Digital need to come out with expansion options for external hard drives or upgradable internal SSD drives
