Console great, customer service awful

My account was compromised and their recovery verification system is awful. I lost all my add on purchases, access to gamerpass, and 365. Even knowing all of this they didnt hesitate to charge me 16.99 again even with no access to my account.

Wished when you bought the Diablo special edition one you actually would recieve a full system with graphic design especially after paying 100 dollars extra even if it was only a sticker on the the system would of been more worth it.
