Sometimes I have trouble connecting to the internet despite having a good connection, when I decided to move my Xbox from my living room to my room ( I have my Router in my room). So it makes me have to connect to Ethernet but I don’t like suing Ethernet

Happy with the overall service from Best Buy, however I’m under whelmed with the quality from the new Xbox. As of this moment the Xbox X doesn’t really seem to be all that much of an upgrade from the Xbox One.

I love My Xbox but the game Diablo that came pre installed isnt loading and I have tried calling Best buy and microsoft and I got no help reinstalling it.

I should’ve gone with the PS5. This is a great console but i cant play Spider-man unless i wanna see him as a Lego character. Not worth it. -Bane_Mode

Not as good as the older consoles I hate the setup and all the interface and it ties into your phone as well I want my old console where I didn’t have to do All this crap

I cannot rate the Xbox system, I couldn’t get it to connect with my WiFi, my grandson couldn’t set it up either and he’s 16 years old.

microsoft and stores need to stop charging so much. if big box stores told manufacturers and wholesalers NO to large price tags, business would be booming.

Was not what I expected and of course they only have a 14 day return policy which isn’t fair I am a fairly busy man and can’t get my money back.

Games look nice, graphic wise, but why is the Operating system so dam slow? Its the same as last gen. Definitely does not feel "next gen" to me. A mid tier gaming pc ($800), thats 7 years old is way faster still. I cannot see a difference in speed from last gen xbox at all. It may look a bit nicer, but thats all it seems to have going for it.

So I wanted to update my home console set up and decided this was the year. I chose Xbox because all my XBONE controllers are said to work with the new console. Since getting it I've had issues with all my controllers (even my brand new ones) disconnecting for like 5 to 10 seconds and then reconnecting. This either pauses my games in the middle of action or just straight up makes my character keep doing whatever was happening when the disconnect happens - which has caused me to lose many online matches. This isnt like once a day, or even an hour. This happens multiple times in succession. I cant play online games like this. I've been doing research and finding that this has been an issue for people SINCE ATLEAST FEBRUARY 2023!!!! I've done all the at home fixes that people say may help - reset the controller, update the controller, reset the system, update the system, power cycling, You name it. there is no fix for this. Xbox NEEDS to fix this immediately. I should have bought the PS5

The low availability of new games, really disappointing. The controller still using batteries is also a big let down

Haven’t used an Xbox in a year. With that being said been playing in PlayStation. Xbox lags when booting up

Nothing special. Came with Diablo which was nice. Outside of that, it still asks to purchase a plan to play online.

Nothing new, it is just upgrading from the last with one new feature. Like upgrading an apple iphone.
