This one we had over heating issues for years. Just took it apart the thermal paste was non existent and it was a refurbished Xbox. Now I am not happy finding this out.

Had to return the Xbox and get another new box as it wouldn't connect to the HDMI-2 of at least 2-3 TV's we tried it on after about 2 weeks

Mine started off very well. Approximately 2 months into use it began to restart randomly. After the restart nothing would work. I have, for 2 months, while hoping for the best, run multiple iterations of the X Box trouble shooting steps which have only produced increasingly disappointing results. I have unplugged it, pressed the on/off switch firmly until the machine turns off. I have reset the thing at least 15 times to no avail. I have turned on this and on that and done the other voodoo hokum per the trouble-shooting steps until I want to vomit. It continues to not work. I SHOULD NOT have to deal with that. It should work perfectly as purchased, when purchased. If, of course, it has been purchased from a manufacturer who agrees with the consumer as to the aforementioned standard of quality. I SHOULD NOT be this disappointed. This is a bad product. It is a complete waste of hundreds of $. If you like spending that much on total frustration, buy one. Why stop there? Buy two. Why not? At least then you would have one to throw off a bridge.

Was a playstation player . During the pandemic I wanted a next gen but couldn't buy a PS5 so I switched to a series s . Bought the series x a the next logical upgrade . And while the machine did what it was supposed to do I have this to say . 1st it was targeted as 4k 60 hertz but it struggles with rendering sharp frames even at 60 hertz there's a lot of back round blurriness in most games . 2nd Xbox network is horrible regardless of what console you own if you play fps .... Just don't buy Xbox for that your gonna lag . 3rd the series s for it's cost is an decent machine don't waste the extra 300 on the x there really is no difference unless you can about 4 k and no serious gamer is using all that anyways .burn ur eyes out that way. And my 4 th reason has 2 parts 1st the controllers are garbage idc what controller you buy it's going to drift .2nd part the days of consoles are going to die there real is no point to continuously buying items like this from Sony or micro soft because if you crunch some numbers by the time u actually have everything you need to be comfy and have a decent set up u could of built a decent PC that doesn't suffer front he many many issues this gen of consoles has .and u can fact check this .

Not thrilled with the value of the games. Would have rather had the Gamepass value extended

The system is fine but the Forza game is absolute woke garbage. Someone needs to flush that pandering company down the drain with their over the top woke nonsense. Nobody needs their pronouns recognized in a video game. Get a life.

It's ok. Not a great selection of games. Graphics are ok compared to my PS5. Gamepass is expensive

Overheats control stopped working day 2 of using system

If you think this is something like the gaming devices of old it's not. If you are buyting this for your child and you think it's as simple as putting the disc in and you play it is not. Make sure you have 4 hours to set this up. If you think, I'll buy a second controller and be playing multiplayer, you will not.

I like the console except my controller always seem to disconnect for no reason they are all fully updated u always make sure fully charged. This upsets me very much.

This Xbox series X last a year to the date and then failed, will not power it. Now the warranty has run out and Microsoft will not fix the Xbox.

One of the worst purchases of all time. Terrible setup and customer services does not have a clue. The controller that comes with the games is the cheapest controller does not even feel authentic.
