My old controller developed a bad case of stick drift and this bright red one was the best choice at the time. Works great, looks great and compatible with multiple devices as well. All in all a solid purchase.

So I got this controller to use with my Windows machine. First the bad stuff. Unfortunately, I bought it within the first month of the release so there were a lot of problems. The controller wouldn't work wirelessly. So I had to go digging to find a solution. Found a solution which was to connect it with a USB-C, and update it. IT works now but now it will randomly lose the Bluetooth connection which has led me to die a few times in platformer games. I will update the rating if that gets fixed. The good stuff is that it's a really comfortable controller with an amazing grip and sticks layout. The buttons feel really good and the battery life is nice especially if you get a rechargeable battery pack or batteries.

Its one of my favorite limited edition xbox controllers. It looks and feels great in your hands.

I ordered an open-box controller listed as 10 excellent condition to replace my worn-out controller with serious stick drift issues. Sorry to say, the controller I received looked worn, included incorrect parts and was even more worn out than the old controller I was replacing, and had even worse drift. Disappointing. On the plus side, return was easy and service was fine when I returned it the local BB store. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'll take 25% of the blame for being frugal and going after an open-box in the first place, but what I received was not what was advertised. I've had good luck with other open-box items over the years at BB, but on this one, my luck ran out.

Bought it with the geek squad 2 year warranty. If you play games a lot like me, chances are you have dealt with stick drift. With the warranty instead of buying a new controller the warranty covers it.

My son loves his new joy stick have not stop playing it yet and price was good

Great controller, works as advertised, easy to set up. Just wish we didn't have to buy a component to make them rechargeable, or have to replace batteries regularly...

Love the way it feels when holding it. And the art on is always nice too.

There's textual grip on the back of the controller. My 9 heart old days it's the best thing to put on a controller. Because when you're in the mode turning around and hanging sideways, upside down and twisted, you still don't accidentally drop the controller

Product is OK. They’re gonna put some kind of lighting accessory in these products. It should be something more than just one color.

Great Controller works great with windows 11 Just make sure to have a usb-c to Usb transfer cable and not just a charging cable for it to work correctly with windows, the bluetooth works as well for windows but the connection isnt strong enough to maintain a stable connection. Overall this controller does the work.

Best gaming consoles controller I've ever used .. very comfortable, nice grip, feels good in the hands , not too big, but not too small .. vibration motor is nice .. triggers not too springing or sponge like , they feel good , not too firm or too much tension .. the controller doesn't make my hands sore or anything like that , after playing 3 hours .. hands felt fine .. I highly recommend this product .. I got mine during holiday sale for $20 less
