Bought it for a Series X when the original controller started to drift. Microsoft designs incredible controllers. It’s just a shame their quality-control is lacking. Shouldn’t have to replace a controller after two years of use. Perhaps consider buying the additional warranty - or just sign up for Best Buy Total Tech.

It's very comfortable and easy to navigate. Does exactly what a controller should do, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Textured hand grips that make it easier to hold while maneuvering multiple buttons at once. Would reccomend to anyone whole plays on a pc or xbox.

Sorry to say, the controller I received looked worn, included incorrect parts and was even more worn out than the old controller I was replacing, and had even worse drift. Disappointing. On the plus side, return was easy and service was fine when I returned it the local BB store. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'll take 25% of the blame for being frugal and going after an open-box in the first place, but what I received was not what was advertised. I've had good luck with other open-box items over the years at BB, but on this one, my luck ran out.

Youth group tough!

I got this for our youth group at church to go along with the series S in the new youth room. It has survived many drops and spills and still works like it’s right out of the box!

Fairly priced and responsive

My only issues with it is I didn't realize the bottom of it was white, I may swap the back out with a black controller to make it look better. Other than that it came in perfect condition and works great
