My microwave oven replaced a broken previous builtin. Quality Kitchens (a Geek Squad subcontractor) took out the old and replaced it with a new microwave oven purchased from Best Buy. An excellent job was done, all looks good and performs as it should.

Very easy to use. A little trouble figuring out how to defrost items. Installation was quick. Workers were professional and skilled.

Trim kit did not fit after Best Buy site review. The site review was supposed to prevent this situation

Purchased a microwave and had it installed through Best Buy. There was initially a scheduling mix-up, but once the scheduling date was confirmed, the tech took down my existing microwave and installed current microwave.

When it was finally installed, the trim kit looks good and seems to be installed well. It did take however more than a month from the order date for that to happen...and 3 visits.

The trim kit looks great. The only issue is the screws are on the bottom instead of the side which made it harder to install or uninstall because it’s close to the oven.

Our microwave has finally been properly installed and the last appointment we had was much much better than any of the previous ones.

We had the previous Samsung microwave and worked very well. This new Sansung is bsasically the same product and works very well.

The installers had to work extremely hard to make the installation kit fit. The stainless steel trim kit matched the stainless steel microwave perfectly.

Install was fast and professional. I couldn’t be happier. Works and looks great!

The installation team did a great job but the facing on the trim kit came scratched. Best Buy is doing a good job working with us to get it replaced free of charge.

Installers was great and was very precise installing my oven and microwave wall unit. The measured everything before installing my appliances. They kept Ed the area cleaned at all times and removed all the old appliances and packaging, they also download the app on the phone and showed me how to use the app

Trim kit was not installed because sales person ordered the wrong one and it wouldn't fit. I was still charged and have been wait since Dec. 5 to get the issue resolved. Several trips to the store to speak to the Best Buy store manager and sales person have been unsuccessful.

This is the best trim kit I have ever owned. Absolutely magnificent!
