Received the microwave---but it took me 6 calls and then waiting 40 minutes to be abler to talk to a rep from Bet Buy--and then they could not connect ort tell me the phone number of Ms. Dang=-who came to the house and ordered the microwave for me...I received the microwave about a month before they thought that it would come---but getting in touch with anyone at BEST BUY--and then could not get the information I wanted is a REAL PAIN...........your phone recognition is LOUSY-at best..........

We always get great service from Geek Squad. Trim kit is required

Best Buy’s measurements were wrong for the trim kit. Requested & traveled the US making phone calls for Best Buy to pick it up to return as their representatives left it boxed, unopened sitting on my patio since May 21st. As an 88 year old it is impossible for me to return it & I requested Best Buy pick it up with the Microwave that it was to go with. June 1st still nothing done.

I would not recommend best buy to install anything. We have had HUGE issues - From not showing up on time (6 hours late), massive leaking from the washing machine due installer turning on machine when there was no water outlet yet (after being told), not hooking up the wall ovens. 2 out of 5 appliances dented (which is not best buy's fault)

A very poor communication between external technician and the Geek squad staff. I have decided not to and never go with Geek squad. There should be proper feedback mechanism and the Geek squad local manager is pathetic. A very poor customer empathy. They don't care about the customer at all.

Worst possible customer service: Prepaid service/parts contract changed by Best Buy halfway through contract. Best Buy now charges for service previously covered by contract. No refund.

Service rep that helped me order the trim kit, chose the wrong one and the install tech, could not install it. And the instore service could not find a trim kit for the microwave I purchased from Best Buy. Whole thing was a mess!

This was not Install. they came and exchanged and oven that we had issues with and never Install this and then Marked it as Install. now we are waiting for someone to Contact us to see what's happening. this is the 4th Issue we had with this Microwave! have someone contact us!!!!!!

Trim kit didn't fit. We're still trying to get it right.

The installers were incredibly awesome and accomodating. However Best Buy's customer service is inept and underwhelming. I've just spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy this year and it will be my last purchase. You are a terrible company!!!

The team installed a dented trim kit so the company it was purchased from won't refund or replace. I lost $192.00. The Best Buy Team looking into some compensation won' return calls. Very unhappy right now.

My microwave is still sitting on floor with zero contact from Best Buy. I have called several times and i get no where. Trim kit was way to big and now i dont have one. So very sick of being ignored when i spent so much money

Installation was extremely poor. The microwave was to be flush with the cabinetry, instead it sticks out about one inch or more. The design doesn't permit the flush installation, so what was the person thinking who recommended this product.

Currently waiting for adjustment and leveling of this trim kit. Will now be completed in April.

Trim still did not fit, installer took it back and I have had terrible customer service try to resolve the issue. I’ve made at 8 phone calls and nothing has be taken care of.

Additional fee was requested even when this was discussed in the store.

Had schedule apointment for installation trim kit but waisted my time. No one showed up . Im going return the trim kit.
