    This earpiece works great and looks good, but the reason I gave it four stars is because it does not fit around the ear comfortably and the only way it stayed in was because it was held in by my glasses. Quality and sound are fantastic.

    It's easy to hear through the headset when your surround sound is low or medium. However, when it gets loud, depending on the volume of the voice from the other end, sometimes it's not clear what the other person is saying and you have to get them to repeat what they said. I have to adjust the actual earpiece as well to keep it in, but it may just be me since I wear glasses and have big ears.

    I got these headsets for use with my Midland radios at the ranch. By having the headset, it makes it so much easier to hear communications sent while not having to have volume through radio speaker that could scare off wildlife.

    The Midland - Midland AVP-H3 Transparent Security Headsets is perfect for the small radios. It allows the radio to be on the belt or case with connections and audio thru this headset. Easy to use and easy to work with.
