Does not perform as advertised. It would be wonderful to own an emergency radio, so can we work together to remedy this failure, please?

So far it has definitely been worth it. Like having the weather alert channels. Only wish that it had a more rubberized exterior in case it is dropped on a hard surface. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen.
