Still great option to have in our radio inventory. They need to stop printing instruction in such small print...get tired of having to use magnifying glass to read it. Would reccommend..

Great emergency radio

The hard shell on this is an improvement. We keep on hand during hurricane season and I've also used while boating.

EVERYONE NEEDS THESE!

This useful device is a lifesaver in an emergency!

Great peace of mind

The only problem is the siren that goes off during a weather alert is loud enough to scare the liver out of my wife if she is in the room when it triggers. (which it does some times as a test, is it Tuesday mornings?)

Also the unit is always on so unless you remove the battery, it will drain the battery.
