Great movie. Action packed throughout the whole movie. I truly appreciate the effort from our veterans and our current military forces. Looking forward to show the rest of the family the movie. They will love it. But with confidence.

This movie really sets a standard for how history movies should be made. there is more story that is real then that other movie that tried to put pearl harbor history on the big screen. lease love story and more history.

I bought this 4K UHD set to exploit my Sony OLED TV and Pioneer 4K UHD player. The set doesn't disappoint, as the sound and video are compelling. The story itself is OK, not outstanding. The story is supposed to be historically accurate, and I appreciate the words at the end describing the careers of the heroes shown in the movie.

This superb war movie depicts the bravery, camaraderie and resolve of our Military men and women. Excellent war movie about the bombing of Pearl Harbor and how our American heroes responded. Excellent re-creation of prior Midway movie!

The color and sounds are fabulous with this 4K Blue-ray. This DVD showed actually what happened and more accurate of the day’s event. Perfect Christmas gift for the Mr (history buff).

Very entertaining movie, a good example of why I think you can not trust the reviews, this movie was destroy by critics, but once you see it I guaranteed you will like all the action and effects great for hitting up your home theater.

My wife and I were able to see this movie in our local movie theater and were happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and really enjoyed watching it and we are looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

This is a movie that has ALL the answers to what happened in reality. The characters are mentioned in the finale as to what awards they received and how they ended up afterwards. An outstanding account of the events, you must see it!

the movie is great. I watched it in the theatre and decided to own the DVD. I watched the making of the Midway and was fascinated by the cinematic techniques. This is all based on true story and i can watch it again and again.

This movie is great. Top knotch video and audio. The Dolby Atmos soundtrack is one of the best out there. Storyline amd acting are pretty good as well. I recommend this disc highly if you have a Dolby Atmos setup!

After watching this film on the big screen and renting it multiple times on Redbox, the only remaining question was which steel book special edition to order. I settled on Best Buy's exclusive because it has the best art.

Great movie with awesome special effects. This seems to accurately document the events of the actual historic WW2 battle. There were a few slower parts however necessary as the backdrop in preparation for monumental battle scenes.

A very touching movie and the special effects were amazing in capturing the feel of the battle of Midway as well as the actors portraying the men that served and fought during the Battle of Midway. The movie touched my heart.

If you love history this is a good movie to watch, Midway. Good actors like Woody Harrison, play a good roll in the film, a turning point in World War II battle against the Imperial Japan. A must watch movie I believe you like it.

This was a well thought out movie, the sounds , the effects, acting everything is on point, I also got the digital copy, and we have watched this movie about five times already, but the movie get the digital copy is all worth it.

Excellent casting, acting, and directing really make this an outstanding film. 4K visuals / special effects are very well done. Surround sound paired with the visuals put you in the middle of the action. Really well done.

As a military history buff, I thought that this movie was well done, but it could have been better. Historically, the movie was accurate and the acting was excellent - still, I was left with the feeling that this movie was lacking some ingredients that could have made this movie excellent. The Blu-ray disc version is highly recommended.

I really didn't hear much about this movie until a coworker told me about it. I purchased the blu-ray and was happy that I did. I love the visual and sound effects of this movie. I love way the story was told. I give it 5 stars.

This is a great movie about a pivitol time in the history of the United States and the US Navy. The story line closely follows the events of the first 6 months of the War in the Pacific. The special effects are well done.
