As a military history buff, I thought that this movie was well done, but it could have been better. Historically, the movie was accurate and the acting was excellent - still, I was left with the feeling that this movie was lacking some ingredients that could have made this movie excellent. The Blu-ray disc version is highly recommended.

My son whom is tech sabby recommended we buy this computer for our daughter for Christmas. We gave it to her early because she needs it for Zoom school work. It has been working out great & was easy to set up.

I really didn't hear much about this movie until a coworker told me about it. I purchased the blu-ray and was happy that I did. I love the visual and sound effects of this movie. I love way the story was told. I give it 5 stars.

This is an excellent movie based on one of the biggest naval battles of WWII. I am a war movie enthusiast and i have the original movie on dvd. The cast is good and the plot is good. It is historically accurate but does have the hollywood edge to it, of course. If you like WWII movies, add this one to your collection.

I saw this movie on the big screen and it was awesome so had to add to my 2299 DVD collection. I only get DVD’s from Best Buy so ordered it and received it in timely fashion. This is the best source for DVD’s of current movies!!

They set out to really try to nail what took place in this real life type story. Based on what I know, I think under the circumstances that it was a while ago when it actually happened, I think the take on it is good enough!

Excellent war movie. Starts off with some footage from Pearl Harbor, then moves to a few other battles and finally the battle of Midway Island. Great realistic war battle scenes combined with great acting.

Haven't viewed this movie yet as we aren't moved in to our new house yet. Don't have the equipment at our present location to view the film. I'm going with the reviews of this movie which are good.

I really enjoyed watching this movie. The action was riveting and the fact that the story line is based on actual historical events made it all that much more enjoyable. I added this feature to my collection.

One of the few truly accurate war films, this has long been a favorite of mine. The sound and picture of this blu-ray is wonderful and truly compliments a great film.

This remake was entertaining, thrilling and some of the most realistic battle scenes ever filmed. Felt like being in the cockpit of the dive bombers. Good storyline and cast.

I wasn't sure of the expectation of a new release of Midway, but I wasn't disappointed. The story line was decent. The battle scenes were good as well as the storyline. I liked it better than the earlier versions talking about the battle of midway.

This is seriously one of the BEST movies of 2019. It's an incredible story that the world needs to know, and history we can't afford to forget. But it's so well done. Watch it on the biggest screen you can find!

Good movie, completely different way of telling a story from Old Midway with Charlton Heston and Henry Fonda. This one is more from the POV of pilot not from Commander.

Bought this movie because I love all things history. That being said I’m still very particular on the movies I will endorse. This movie is a good overall look at the war in the pacific. The acting is good not great but the action is spot on and the graphics are amazing. I have watched this at least 5 times since I purchased it.

Really enjoyed this movie. My knowledge on history and wars in particular is not very good so even though this wasn’t a documentary it still intrigued me. Great action and beautiful resolution in 4k!

This movie is great! I love historical stuff, even the bad stuff that has happened to our great country. This movie does a great depiction of the event of the battle of midway. Highly recommend!

I am a bit of a wwii history buff. This is so historically accurate it’s amazing. I loved it!! Rarely ever buy a movie because I rarely watch them more than once, but I saw this at the theater and wanted to see it again.

Amazing picture and sound quality telling the true story of the Battle of Midway, the turning point of WWII in the Pacific. Video and audio are reference-level quality and the All-Star cast is amazing.

Loved the acting. Hated the dive bomb sounds tbh, almost enough to take it to 4 star. Added sounds when I only want to hear the flak cannons and sounds the planes make!
