    A good movie about the turning point in the Pacific naval war. At a time when sacrifice is often minimized we see the costs of standing up for truth against an enemy.

    Fast forward all the Japan subtitles, about 30 minutes worth... It didn't add very much to the overall story.

    This “Midway” has a documentary feel to it that the 1979 movie tried to have. Puts more emphasis on characters just touched upon in the 1979 movie. Great visual effects.

    One of the best Pearl Harbor films. Woody Harrelson is great as Chester Nimitz.
