Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.*****DO NOT BUY****** We bought the coffeemaker in Jan 2022, today Sept 2024 the coffeemaker stop working after we have been very careful with the maintenance always keeping the machine up to date with the decaling and degreasing. I called the Miela service department and they are charging $150 travel fee and $150 per hour. We paid $1000 for a machine that lasted a little over 2 years. It is not WORTH it
