This is my first towel warmer and overall I like it. My favorite things about it are the infused scent -I’ve used the peppermint one now and it’s lasted for over 10 uses but it comes with a total of 3 different scents to use and a start which is nice. I love the timer the most. You can set it a full 24 hours in advance which is so nice if you’re on a schedule in the mornings or just want to hit snooze a little longer. And the down side would be - you really need the full 20 mins for it to be warm so really setting it to 40 minutes or even taking it out around the 30 minute mark will get you a HOT towel. I wish it would do that 20 mins but it does go up to around 280 degrees. The hanging racks you can attach on the inside are nice if you’re doing just smaller hand towels. Lastly the timer is a little annoying to wind back down if you accidentally pass the time you want to set it too.

Heats up fast and seems as a very well built product.

Okay so it does work, its nice. But, DEFINITELY not $200 nice. Its light so its easily portable but its not substantial. Took 40 minutes to warm 2 thick towels and 20 minutes to warm slippers. The light changes colors when its done but there is no alert so dont forget or you'll have to start over lol If you get this for a good deal it's worth it. I do not think its worth the $200 though. Id rather just use my dryer. The cord was only long enough to make it over my counter and to the machine so plan for it to be close or right under an outlet if its a counter hight outlet.

This will keep you comfortable. Just the right size and not in the way.

Fun to have warm towels when getting out of the shower

Wish the cord was longer. Towels get warm, but also feel moist. Not great.

This is an excellent product especially if you have an elderly family member or children. This makes getting out of the bathtub or shower enjoyable.

Folded towels are hard to get warmed. So, the best way to get warm towels are just to throw them into the warmer and walk away for at least 30 minutes.
