I have loved my baby monitor for the last nine months that I’ve had it. It was gifted to me. But now they’re forcing you to buy a monthly subscription to use almost every single feature except as a one way baby monitor. I can understand SOME of the items. But almost every single feature has been stripped from us and turned into a subscription based product.

A life saver! 1000x better than the owlet! Extremely happy I went with the miku , as an anxious mama this has been a life saver

Horrible monitor. It fails every two days on what the Miku app is very strong internet connection.

I bought this monitor at a high price because it did not have a subscription fee. Now all of a sudden out of no where the company took access away to breathing, sleep tracking and being able to access the monitor from another WiFi without the $10 a month subscription per monitor. The video is also not as clear as the nannit. Do not buy!

I had originally chosen this monitor over the Nanit because this one did not require any wearables and you didn’t have to pay for a membership. Well now you have to pay for a membership to get breathing or sleep analytics. For $400 this should all come included. Not worth it and will most likely be selling for another monitor.

Love this product! It works great and we have not had any wifi issues.

My hopes were high for this baby monitor as it’s one of the best in the market. Unfortunately, it even didn’t turn on!! I tried to troubleshoot and searched for answers online with no luck, so I decided to return it and keep using my old and simple baby monitor which I bought for about $50.

It's the best product I have tried and we have used 2 others.

Do not purchase. I bought originally for the included features which justified the high price, however without notice they are now part of a paid subscription. Go with any other camera

My daughter is 6 weeks old and for more than half her life we've had no baby monitor and have had to have her sleeping downstairs during the day due to issues with our Miku. It worked wonderfully for the first 2.5 weeks then got disconnected and when I tried to reconnect it told me my wifi password was wrong (it wasn't). Tech support in the first day told me to send logs and they'd "get back to me" - that was the extent of our conversation - then a few days later a lovely gentleman got back to me to try and troubleshoot and kept me updated even when there was no updates. About 10 days ago I was told that it was a problem with the technology on my router (the standard one provided by Spectrum) and it's connection to the WiFi and I'd need to buy a $90 WiFi extender. They offered me an Amazon gift card to cover the cost then went radio silent and I haven't heard from them in 9 days (no gift card). In the meantime, I haven't been able to put my daughter to sleep upstairs in her bassinet and have had to have her downstairs with us. Her sleep is COMPLETELY messed up as a result of getting to sleep on us during the day (because we have no other option) and then trying to put her down at night in a different place. Oh, and it doesn't work with Android period - it didn't from day one (disconnected after 30 seconds and continued to do so every 3 or 4 minutes), so if you have an Android device, don't buy this. I had an iPad to pair it with thankfully.

Item dead on arrival. Opened it when setting up nursery, wouldn’t turn on and Best Buy refused to take it back since it was more than 2 weeks since the purchase. Have had to deal with manufacturer which has been ok but more difficult then the entire process should be.
