Big Disappointment.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After several reports that it would be ready to pick up and then told it was not ready, I finally picked up my laptop desk which proved to be much too small to be of any service. I want to return it but the line at Best Buy was so long I have been hesitant.
