Kids loving it, they are entertained which is nice

Tried to download and it didn't work. Followed all instructions and product didn't work.

Took awhile to get setup, but finally got it to work.

Not sure why a piece of paper with a digital code was difficult to find in stock. You would think they would have a large stack of these in reserve, but I had to go to 2 different Best Buy's to buy this card. Oh, and you can forget about buying direct from Mojang/Microsoft if you want to buy it as a gift, digitally. It automatically registers to your Microsoft account. C'mon Microsoft, it's 2021 and you can't offer a way to buy a Digital Game as a gift easily?

Rating - zero stars! Couldn’t get it to work - it was shipped to us without being activated then when finally in the install process it didn’t work. Called Best Buy 6 times, transferee, each time passed on to someone else with a wait time of 30-40 minutes each.

Entered the code and got a message saying invalid or code has already been used. Emailed mojang and got no help, and spent hours with Microsoft and got no help. Not worth the headache or hassle.

Code was already figured out, typed in the code that was on the back of the card (after scratching off the thingy) and it said "this code has already been used."

Purchased 3 of these items, only able to get 1 to work. Complete waste of money. No returns or refund if not working. Do not recommend.

The game is very good but, Bestbuy's policy on using gift cards is the worst. The store did not allow to use of gift card to purchase this game.

i bought as digital but after installing , it didnt work.. and now i can not return..i wouldnt recommend anyone..

Minecraft Java is VERY Different from Bedrock. Bedrock is tbe version that is on phones, consoles, and you can get it for windows. Java is PC only, for windows and mac, and you cannot play cross platform between Java and Bedrock. Java you can get mods, but on bedrock you need to buy minecoins for in game items that arent nearly as good as mods. Minecraft is a good game, just make sure you know the difference between Java and Bedrock.

Purchased game online from Best Buy for Christmas gift. Received it fine. Gave the gift. When the person went to install it, he could not. Checked with Microsoft and found out the card was not activated by Best Buy before sending it. Microsoft said they cannot do anything about it. Best Buy said there was nothing they could do either.

A good game that I wanted for Long but had some troubles redeeming the code

We have to call BB multiple times. They send us a replacement which doesnt work. We are still waiting to hear back from escalation for a refund.

Great game for the kids to express their creativity.

Easy purchase for my nephew's birthday. Quick in and out of the store.

Took forever to get here, delayed like 4 times >:(
