unusual: bad product

Unfortunately, they only had one and it was a rare bad one from Microsoft. I kept thinking it was me not understanding how the whole shebang worked, but when I returned it the very kind BB salesman tried to use it with his Surface and mine. It just didn't work and they had no others in stock.
