Decent movie for the kids. Some laughs for adults.

Good movie and enjoyed watching this with my sons.

This is a movie the whole family loved. Awesome!!!

I have to admit that I bought this for my girlfriend. I've been force to watch a lot worse in my time, there were at least several funny parts to make this bearable! If this is your type of movie I am sure it's worth adding to your collection.

Neither the Minions nor the villain were developed to be the main characters that are the centerpieces of good movies. If you are looking to entertain small children for a while, it is fine. But as an adult, it left a lot to be desired.

Minions is not as good as the first two Despicable Me movies, and is a bit boring. Doesn't have the best dialogue and is not as funny as the first two. However, for small kids, the movie is funny and entertaining. It has it's moments.

My kids really enjoyed the movie. They have been fans of the minions since they saw the "Despicable Me" movies. I on the other hand didn't find it as funny as I expected it to be. Needless to say, it is entertaining for the kids.

The grandkids always make their "wish list" to Santa Claus every year. Since I had a Best Buy credit slip to use, I was able to purchase one of their items for a Christmas gift from me. The movies are a gift that the whole family can enjoy.

My kids like the movie. It's not their favorite, but they do watch it from time to time. I thought it was going to be a lot better than it ended up to be. I coudn't sit through it like the Despicable Me movies. Little disappointed.

It is exactly what you would expect, a longer version of one of the minion shorts. The movie is fun for the kids, but lacked some of the depth of the Despicable Me movies. All in all, an ok edition to the Gru/Minion family.

First, I should say I'm in my 50's and watched this with my 19 year old son. It was OK, not my favorite (loved Despicable Me). Seemed noisy. Honestly, I kind of dozed off during parts! My son wasn't overly impressed either.

My family and I really enjoyed the two Depsicable Me movies, but Minions was not up to par. Purchased it before watching it, thinking I would really like it. My wife liked it, but thought it was going to be better/funnier.

Have to compare it to the Despicable cartoons and it isn't as funny. Also for some reason the movie sounds "loud" from start to finish. The movie still has good qualities as well. Per my wife, the Minions are still cute.

I bought this because i thought it would look good on my new 4k. Although it does look good. I cant stomach the movie. All i saw was these yellow pills running around talkin jibberish. Ill save it for when kids come by.

This is a poor imitation of the Despicable Me films. Those had so much heart. This one feels like corporate greed. It's enjoyable at times, but needed a better story and less crude humor

This movie left me a bit disappointed. A movie centered on the Minions should have been fantastic; however, it lacked a coherent plot or the heart of Despicable Me. The story was too unfocused and just wasn't there.

I was disappointed in this movie. Not near as good as previous movies. The best part was the end right before the credits.....spoiler alert......when they meet the young Gru. Couldn't carry the movie without him.
