Low quality photo, intermittent operation.

After using the cameral for a while, now it will occasionally indicate that it is taking the photo (make the shutter sound), but does not take the photo and gives no indication that it did not take the photo. I would not recommend this camera.

Defective Camera/Poor Customer Service by Best Buy

The camera was defective out of the box as the camera will only work on the charger. Best Buy refused to exchange the camera because it was 2 days past there so called return policy. Best Buy's return policy per the receipt says 15 days on most purchases but does not specify which purchases that applies too. I contacted the Best Buy in Burbank, IL where the camera was purchased and the customer service representative refused to connect me to a manager. The manager at the Best Buy Skokie, IL refused to assist my sister when she attempted to exchange the camera tonight.
