I bought this camera specifically for a vacation we were taking and went through all the steps to charge it and prepare it the week before we left on our trip and all worked properly at the time. We went to a waterfall area, turned on the camera and the lens would not open, the sd card said there was an error and the camera never worked on the entire trip.

The camera takes horrible, out of focus photos and the battery is out of charge after taking about 40 photos. I returned it and bought a Ricoh with a longer life battery

This product is intended for children, perhaps. The manuel is so hard to read with the characters so small that probably needs a special glass or super eyesight to read:( We found the instructions via Internet for operating this product, but it is not exactly accurate! Decided to return it, unfortunately for us, its return date is only 14 days allowed and we simply had to keep it for missing 1 day! I am so disappointed with Best Buy:(

This is more for Best Buy. Ordered camera for my daughter. The bottom door wouldn’t close. Took it back to exchange. They didn’t have one in stock so they shipped one to me. Took same info that I used to always order from them. Well my package didn’t show up it got shipped to old work address. Called Best Buy two twice and got nowhere. Called ups they can let me get it for $7.99. This was supposed to be Christmas gift. I guess I’ll drive 30 minutes to Best Buy and talk to someone and see if they can help straighten out this mess.

Not get quality a disappointment. Should have just spent the money on a good waterproof case for my phone instead. Maybe good for kids.

I don’t recommend this camera, very disappointed considering name brand. Pictures are of poor quality, controls are not up to par. Purchased this for kids to use in pool, at least I didn’t lose too much. I’d send it back except for fact it was used during vacation.

This is the worst camera that I’ve ever owned. I don’t understand all the great reviews. Takes terrible pictures. The battery life is terrible. The date resets every time you turn it off. This is by far the worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Takes bad pictures. I bought this to go on an international trip. I was disappointed after one day. I wish I could return it but it had to be within 15 days. I ended up using my IPhone to take pictures

The battery that came with the camera would not take a charge. I had to buy a new one from Minolta.

We bought this camera before going on our 30th wedding anniversary in Bora Bora. Bottom line the camera didn't work. It would freeze up and not take pictures. My wife probably took the battery out 10 times to try to reset it. Nothing worked! Unfortunately, we weren't able to capture once-in-a-lifetime photos.

When ever I would put the memory card in the camera and close the door the memory card wouldn’t work. This caused the whole camera not to work after the compartment door was shut.

Quality of picture is very low. Much lower than 48 mp would suggest.

Used it for 3 days and then it would not power on or charge. Was able to pull the pictures directly from the card, but it was a 7 day vacation

Brought this camera home and took a few test pics both inside under somewhat dim lighting and outside under very bright sunlight. The pics were about as good as pics taken with my Motorola razr phone way back in 2004. No good!

Used it once underwater and the camera is damaged by water

Delayed response on taking photo. Quality was poor and grainy. Bought it for a big trip for my daughter where phones weren’t allowed. She preferred not taking photos to using this.

Camera isn't the best quality for what I needed it for. And it was a process for me to get my pictures from the camera.

Bought the camera for our wedding,read how to use.My nephew who is 24 took vedeo and photos.When we put sd card in comphter there was nothing!The return pilucy wasnt even 2 weekssi nkw we have no photos and a useless camera!!

the latch on the bottom is poorly made and water entered the camera on first try, shallow water. Not worth the money.
