I purchased a 3 month promotional plan. It took almost 2 days to get connected to the network. Due to a family emergency, I did not spend much time on my phone for about a week. Then, I realized I only get good service when I am connected to wifi. I generally only get 3 bars outside, and if I'm not connected to wifi, texts often won't send, calls will drop, and instead of calls coming in, people are sent straight to voicemail, which I don't always receive unless i restart my phone several times a day. Yes, my phone is listed as compatible with their network, and i had none of these problems with my previous carrier. They claim to have excellent service in Topeka, KS, but i don't know anyone that would call 3 bars, excellent. Customer service is a joke. They tell you to do the same things over and over, with no resolution, and they refuse to give refunds outside of the initial 7 days post-purchase. Do not waste your time or money. They company couldn't care less that they do not provide a quality product. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of their money is made off people like me that they refuse to refund.

Affordable plan for the ones who are using traditional carriers

Card and numbers were missing when i got home. Returned for a refund. They also found other cards missing from packaging still on shelves. Checkbbefore you leave store

It works good sometimes and its really bad at otger times.

Didn't work in my area. I was told the speeds were good and checked to see if coverage was good in my area and it said it was on the website but it was very slow I was getting around 2-3mbps which is very low compared to my previous service 80mbps+ definitely not worth my money unfortunately.

Three times I tried to purchase this product . Store manager assistant manager cashiers cannot check me out. They reordered it for me and the same thing happened again.

I told the sales person I wanted the deal where I pay 3 months and I get free three months. However she did not provide me with the deal I requested for. Even though I received a 45 this doesn't add up to the deal I requested for. 3 months is equel to 90 dollars and not 45 dollars. When I called customer service for mint mobile, the nice young lady said that they would have provided the correct chip for my phone that is 6 months for 90 dollars.

I am not happy with mint mobile . They give very hard time.

Simple to set up, but connectivity can be inconsistent around Hillsboro and Beaverton.

I bought it and opened it. There was no sim card inside. I inquired about returning it but the associate hadn't assigned it to my account. Worst Christmas gift ever.

I bought the plan for 3 months thinking that I’m getting a good deal on unlimited $90 for 3 months but it’s terrible ,the internet do not work at all ,it’s so slow ,I can’t wait to switch back . And when you want to recharge after 3 months they want to charge you $120 for 3 months .

Mint uses T-mobile as there backbone and it is my belief that T-Mobile therefore places Mint customers in line AFTER T-mobile to receive secondary service. Not totally happy with the connection time and quality of service. Conversations break-up over 50 percent of the time.

Spent $90 on absolutely nothing but trash there was no sim card in the package I returned the item and I'm still waiting on a refund

Cannot use. SIM card doesn’t fit in new phone. Didn’t return because of the “restocking fee” going to use in the future or sell

It was supposed to be the same day delivery , but delivered next day evening. Very poor service. I had to wait for one complete day. I could have went picked it up.

My cards came inactive and I spent hours trying to rectify it. I purchased 4 of them. 1 out of 4 were actually able to work!!! I was very disappointed for the terrible service because they made me miss out on the 12 month service plans that were on sale by sending me inactive or as customer service called it "bad cards". Not happy. My time and loss of service were never made up for and I do not see any compensation for my time. Terrible. Will never shop Best Buy again after this experience.

Absolutely horrible experience ordered three of these one right after another and you kept getting an expired Sim card after the third try I didn’t bother anymore

Trash connectivity. Customer service seems non existent as well. I’d go with another provider. You get what you pay for?

Garbage service...avoid like its Covid. Drops calls constantly and customer service is horrible. I've been through 2 sim cards and still have issues on a brand new phone.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. The service is horrible. Constant dropped calls. Always no service. Never again. They got me with pay for 3 and get 3 for free. Thought I was getting a deal. Nope joke on me.
