Mint and Best Buy would not honor this SIM card

Both Mint and Best buy made it impossible for me to use this. Now I am out of $210 and I have a SIM card that I cannot use

I contacted Mint Mobile customer service and they said it was an old SIM card that could not be activated. I read several other customer reviews saying the same thing happened to them when ordering this SIM through Best Buy.

July just happens to be my renewal month. The plan would go from $90 every 3 months to $120 every 3 months. This was a dealbreaker. Then I found out that I could only stream at 480p. I was beyond disappointed. I immediately switched back to Tmobile.

Best buy tells me i need to call mint moble so i do, mint moble tells me i need to go talk to best buy. Not wanting to deal with the guy that woukdnt even hear what i had to say about the whole deal i go and chat with someone through the mobile app and he actually hears what im saying, or so i believe. He has a shipping lable created and emailed to me so that i could send the receipt and packaging back to them and they would take care of it. And do you think they took care of it? Ya, they took care of what evidence i had to take back to mint moble so that i couldnt do anything to get a replacement. And im guessing with all the num ers and bar codes on the packaging, no one has the smarts or technology to actually see if someone activated the card or what. Do not buy from bestbuy, they do not hear what ppl are trying to tell them. Bad service bad support.
