Visible failed in every way possible. Moved to Mint and haven’t looked back. And less expensive than Visible. Getting data speeds equivalent to my home Comcast on my phone. Mint (riding on T-Mobile’s network) is much better for where I live.

Working great for me with my new 5G phone. It just uses bytes when I don't have access to internet. I've used very little so far, and the connection is great! I would definitely recommend! I can easily up my plan if I ever need more bytes.

Bought for my mother in law. So much easier and cheaper. She was paying outrages prices for tmobile and with a huge data plan. 4g is just enough for her and it uses the same tmobile towers. So it was a no brainer to get.

Easy install and register, I buy for kids smart watch, and this work fine, Only I need put IMEI of a valid phone then run fine

Simple and affordable…all we needed for an overseas trip

I haven't had any issues with the service but phone has been ringing and texts coming in from previous owner.

Works great. Was a little tricky to install, as you need wifi to load the app to begin using the sim card. But no complaints since.

It is Very affordable. It has everything I need. Good experience on the first one from Mint.

When the SIM expires, it holds no value. We bought 2 thinking we would try one first. Mint was a pain to setup. Ended up giving up the 2nd card.

Best buy provided excellent service during the purchase. Item itself works. Installation and number porting went great. Service is where there is room for improvement. In certain areas of my town it works great but otherwise the coverage is poor. Going out of town on highways there is almost never any service. I guess that is due to T-mobile towers. I have another phone on spectrum mobile (using verizon towers) and it works absolutely great. Will switch to spectrum after 3 months are done.

Its ok, worth it for visitors that need US sims or if you need a burner number. Just use it in a burner phone if you are doing that kind of stuff, IMEI is easy to track too.

BestBuy made it beyond helpful in making a quick transition to Mintmobile from another carrier. If not for BestBuy having the SIM card and plan cards, I wouldn’t have been able to complete the switch over in time for their buy 3 months get 3 free. So appreciative!

It was super easy to follow the instructions and the cellphone reception is surprisingly good. The only downside is the phone number mint offered was previously used by someone and I keep getting a lot of spam calls and texts.

Cheap reliable service. I bought their 15/gb plan and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of internet connectivity and reliability.

The price is good, but same price is being offered for TMobile with better service. If you run into any trouble, hope God save you. The customer care service is really really bad. Won't recommend at all

Love Mint Mobile, however the online pickup was a real hassle. I ended up waiting at one store just to be told they didn’t have this item. I had to drive across town to get the item before it was sold just to make sure I could get cellphone service that night.

I Went from a s7 to s9....I dropped my old phone on the road several times and the screen was cracked everywhere, but still worked great. So far I really like s9 and have a Unicorn beatle case which is great...feels good in hand and protects phone perfectly. Still getting used to this new phone

Excellent service and easy to renew. I enjoyed the inteoductory deal. I will buy a 2nd phone and use the same deal if available.

I am 1 month in on the unlimited 3 month, and so far for $90 bucks, it’s been amazing. And it came with a $25 bb gift card at the time of purchase. What a steal!
