I bought the plan for 3 months thinking that I’m getting a good deal on unlimited $90 for 3 months but it’s terrible ,the internet do not work at all ,it’s so slow ,I can’t wait to switch back . And when you want to recharge after 3 months they want to charge you $120 for 3 months .

Definitely would recommend. Plus free calling to not only Mexico and Canada, but also the UK!

My friends and I always had good experiences with Mint. Speeds slightly slower than on t-mobile but that's expected with an MVNO

The prepaid card is easily activated on the internet. Once it's done, pop it into your unlocked or Tmobile phone and you're good to go.

Only 4 stars until I continue to monitor how well the service goes. Registering the sim card was simple.

Easy to order. Pickup in store, was ready within an hour . Simple instructions and assistance if needed. Pricing was good too.

Found a good deal at best buy for a new kit. The porting of number was easy too. The network is okay though.

I had a disheartening experience with Mint Mobile. Since their SIM card was installed, my cellphone could not access the internet, just Mint's phone service. After ten days, the phone service failed too. I called Mint, and the Customer Service representative told me that two cell towers in my area were being repaired. According to her, the problem would be fixed very soon. Three days after that, the issue continued. I called Mint again trying to get some of my money back, but there is not such a thing as a fair refund policy with them. They did not have any record of my previous calls. Summarizing, unfortunately, with Mint you get even less than what you pay for. By the way, some of their customer representatives can be considered professionally rude.

Don't know why I even bought this sims card it is not refundable it dose not work on my travel wifi hotspot that is all that i am saying.

Bought the prepaid plan for a relative in a nursing facility and it was easy to set up and the cost is pretty reasonable.

Mint network runs on T-Mobile apparently, works ok but not as good coverage as ATT.

Great, the activation process online is super easy. If you don't need so much data to navigate, this is perfect for the price :)!
