    According to the coverage map it said that in the big cities it has coverage, but I was on a trip to Washington DC there was no reception. Some applications did not work due to lack of reception.

    The customer service isn’t what it was before they were bought out by T-Mobile. However, the cell service is about the same, kind of spotty in some places.

    I purchased this in-store to use with my new Motorola Moto-G Power, but when I got home and opened it, there was no SIM card inside. Therefore I cannot write a review about Mint Mobile, but I just want buyers to be aware that sometimes the SIM card is not included.
