Mint mobile told me i would need to purchase a new phone. Best buy would not refund the money for this sim card. Its too bad the employee in charge of the department couldnt warn me of this issue before i bought it. Im stuck with a sim card now that i cant do anything with unless i purchase a new phone.

Best Buy sent out another as a replacement but it too was not what it was branded to be. Mint would not resolve the issue.

Previous carrier says number released. Each time Mint tech support gives same answer "no record of escalation we will escalate and call you back in 24-48 hours". Recommend return if your number does not port within 24 hours. Reading online, this is not an isolated experience.
