Data never worked properly. Called tech support 7 times. They never resolved the issue and delayed matters until the 7 day refund window passed. Finally switched to Visible and everything works great. Ported out of Mint Mobile and lost $65.

Mint advertises that they use T Mobile network which has very good coverage in NW Montana. But after buying, I have no service and when directed to the Mint Mobile coverage map I see very poor coverage everywhere west of the Rockies. Tech support very hard to understand.

Did not work. We tried three different SIM cards in store and none of them would activate. Wasted four hours dealing with both Best Buy and Mint Mobile.

Great service, purchased along with a Samsung Galaxy A13 for cybersecurity conference. Had no issues with cell service and renewed for a yearly contract!

It was supposed to be the same day delivery , but delivered next day evening. Very poor service. I had to wait for one complete day. I could have went picked it up.

MINT service is great and buying from bestbuy directly gives you a discount of around $10 which you would need to pay when buying directly from Mint

This is a clown show of a company! E-sim didn't work on my iPhone i had already paid 3 months so then i bought the physical sim at best buy and another 3 months of service and it worked and the next day they canceled my service. They said they could not activate my service and keep my same number that was ported over to them in the first place. The most infuriating 2 days ever.

Price was very attractive, service was okay but the number i was given garbage i had like 30 calls and texts a day and very long voicemail from random people

Beware mint mobile does hold good on their own cancellation policy. I did not have any service in my area, so asked for a refund within 3 days of activation, but they denied it saying it was not within the refund time frame. 3 days is definitely less than the 7 days they advertise!!!!

I’ve tried to use this plan 3 times and ran into multiple issue. I currently can’t even text or call because of the transfer over. This was supposed to be simple and easy but has been stressful. It not worth the hassle. Would rather pay for a phone plan than deal with this nonsense. Now I have to go back to Best Buy AGAIN and go to another carrier.

Bestbuy lost my item. Took 1 month to received the item. Tried to return it but its over the return period. Finally able to talk to a manager to get it done.

SIM card arrived very quickly. Mint customer service is always excellent as well if there are any activation questions.

App can not active shift from AT&T prepaid, must call service, used almost 3 hours finished.

The mint mobile sim cards work great for my cellular security cameras also use them in Verizon USB cellular modems.

Absolutely horrific experience. I opened the package back home and there is no sim card inside.

Buyer Beware: Don't use mint mobile unless you want to waste couple hours waiting to port out. This company does not obey the law and set obstacles for customers who wants to port out! Never use Mint again!

Worst purchase I ever made item didn’t work and I couldn’t return it to Best Buy. Tried doing the online return also a nightmare. That’s what I get for trying to save a buck. Sticking with Verizon

This product is only to set up a new phone and can’t be used to reload your account. In fact they don’t even make cards that can reload your account so if you want to pay with cash you can’t.

I thought you could have the SIM card here and place it any phone with any carried. To be able to activated and used it for 3 months as a Prepaid card. Well actually my son try it on his Apple 6 plus phone. It’s didn’t work/ he also try it on LG phone and it’s doesn’t work either. So I’m just wasting my money on it. I guess you have to find out whose or what phone will able to activate with this SIM prepaid card before you purchased.

Trash connectivity. Customer service seems non existent as well. I’d go with another provider. You get what you pay for?
