Only reason I bought this. They said they are sorry but nothing they can do about it. I will not renew my plan, just waiting for it to finish then I will get another provider.

Received Sim Card Kit without Sim Card in it

Had to cancel the order, get a refund and order it again. Too much hassle to go through just to get a simple working Sim Card. Second Sim was delivered fine and is working fine as well.

Not worth it

July just happens to be my renewal month. The plan would go from $90 every 3 months to $120 every 3 months. This was a dealbreaker. Then I found out that I could only stream at 480p. I was beyond disappointed. I immediately switched back to Tmobile.

Unable to transfer my number

But, when i tried to port my existing number to mint mobile. I tried multiple times and called customer care. They are unable to complete number transfer. If you want new number mint mobile is good. If you are looking number transfer, please be careful.

Purchased the sim KIT in Aug 2021 and tried to activate in Oct 2021. The card says activate it by April 2021 and of course, the website told me the activation code is invalid.
