Mint was horrible! purchased a new iPhone unlocked. They locked the Esim, took apple hours to undue what mint had done to a phone I paid full price for up front! Had to dispute mint's charges with my credit card! I won the dispute, got my money back, but after months of effort. Mint claims and told me 100 times that they don't lock devises, but they do. Apple tech was able to clearly see that the devise had locked by Mint!

I checked the coverage before purchasing and it showed I would have service at home. However, I can't send or receive texts half the time. I have to connected to wifi or mobile data for them to go thru. Upon reaching out to Mint Mobile I found out that service is only good if I'm outside of my home! What a joke...I live in town and have never had any other issues with different service providers. I see why service is so cheap.

International roaming does NOT work and don’t bet your life on it. Customer service and tech support are helpless and will agree with you this service sucks. You will just waste your time. It sucks so much that Mint took off their troubleshooting page online.

Basically my phone wasn't working properly, so they refused to tech it. Then, by the time I spoke to the THIRD supervisor, they had me change settings that made it impossible for me to make calls. Then they denied that the changes they had me make were responsible. It also reset my data settings, making me waste a month's worth of data in one day. Their tech support is awful, they have no idea what they're doing, or if they're even selling phones. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible service with major quality issues. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend avoiding unless you dont mind horrible/slow service.

Horrible customer service I bought a year's worth of service for my son he changed jobs he has no reception at his new job with mitt mobile I contacted them asking if I could have have a refund we have only used about 3 months of the service they said no there's only a 7 day refund policy and basically too bad you're out of luck they refuse to refund the rest of the year even though we can no longer use the service at the current location.

My service with Mint Mobile has been absolutely awful, despite their website telling me it would be "Awesome!". I am in a suburban area and other discount servicers have been substantially better than. I wouldn't have purchased a year if they didn't tell me my service would "awesome"

Very bad mobile network. I hardly ever get full signals. The internet speed is so slow it gives me mostly edge. They have given me a used number, I keep getting phone calls from random numbers several times daily. The worst thing is I am unable to receive any text messages. And their customer service never have a solution to your problem

I've had Mint for over a year. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The service and customer service is terrible. My data literally does not work. I've asked for a refund since I purchased a year and they cannot provide one. It is worth the extra $10 a month to get a service plan that actually works. Everyone you talk to is from India and reads off a script. It is horrendous and I wouldn't even recommend it to get the referral bonus.

The map they use on their website is a lie. My area on the map is dark green, indicating they not only cover my area but it's got great service. I purchased a SIM card but Mint rejected my zip code, saying my area is not covered by them. The map clearly shows everything is covered when that's not the case.

I paid for 12 month plan and can only access service in my area. Everytime I went out of town, there is no signal at all and it got worse as the month went by. I contacted Customer Service for a refund of the rest of my plan and was denied. They agreed with me that the situation is frustrating and not offering any solution to the problem.

Worst experience ever! Tried to sign up my brother and I and they linked our phones, switched our phone numbers then tried to charge me a 3$ fee for another ESIM due to their poor installation. Not even 1 day with Mint and switched to Verizon.

Tried to use them but they lost my SIM cards they sent me, tried to tell me they delivered them (I had to convince the operator to look up the tracking on OnTrac's site), told me it would take 72 hours to process before they sent new ones out and it would take up to 3-5 days after that. They would not upgrade shipping for any reason. I cancelled it so we will see if they refund me. Go elsewhere.

Mint mobile customer service is not good. A lot of ramdom fees

This was an utter fail. Would not activate online. Then trying to create an account and provided credit card info it failed to create account. Then on phone I was told I had a card that was to be paid for at 7 eleven, and that I needed to pay $45 for service. Pay $45 to bestbuy then $45 more is not the deal bestbuy claimed. The agent then stated I needed to call back in an hour or more. Wonderful way to waste my time. This deal qualifies as too good to be true. Pay more, get more. I guess I will return it.

The question often asked is it legit, trustworthy. Lying by ommision about 3G ending in months as its fallback speed. Enough said. What to expect from another mind bender selling style. Does dr phil coach the craft of mind bending? and that 'wife' hiding behind that horrible cosmotology. She sells makeup! Obese oprah selling weightloss. Such the 'hollywood' entertainers craft.

Poor instructions. Almost impossible to install. Took hours of frustration.

Worst experience ever. Never had data. When finally reaching customer service on two occasions was charged $15 each time I called, still never having data if I was not on WIFI. Was given 15G of data that I could never use.

Best buy are brilliant! Mint mobile however are not! I've been with them 8 months and every day I get spam calls spam texts it's depressing! They've given me someone else's old cell number no wonder it's cheap
